Prewound Cotton Bobbins (class 15/A)

They now bring the same commitment to high quality to the hobbyist. The new Clear-Quilt is a 100% mercerized cotton pre-wound bobbin, designed for quality quilting and piecing applications.
Embroiderers will find cotton bobbins to be an excellent choice for small lettering and light weight linens.
- Consists of Egyptian long-staple fiber which creates a high luster seam appearance.
- Washable and colorfast.
- Wound with much more thread (92 yds) than bobbins you wind yourself, so you spend more time quilting, not winding bobbins.
- Clear Plastic flange bobbin works great with thread sensors so you know when the bobbin yarn is about ready to run out.
Class L bobbins are the most common size for pre-wound bobbins. NEBs are Class L, for example. They have a diameter (OD) of 0.815" and a height (W) of 0.345"Click here for Class L cotton bobbins
Class 15/A bobbins are the same diameter but a little taller (0.458"). Brother Innovis and 4000D, Babylock Ellegante and most Janome use Class 15 bobbins.
